    Choose 3 meats -- Pork, Beef, Sausage, Turkey or Chicken -- to go with BBQ Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Corn Light Bread & Buns, Beverage and Desserts. (Sorry, Ribs are not available as meat selection on BBQ Sampler. May we suggest our Rib Dinner?)

    Smokin' Joe's Speciality Fried Catfish, His Signature Hushpuppies, French Fries, Cole Slaw and White Beans

    Deluxe

    Pork, Sauce, BBQ Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Corn Light Bread & Buns, Beverage and Desserts. (Chicken may be added as a second meat for a small additional cost.)

    Rib Dinner

    St. Louis Style Ribs and any second meat of your choice, BBQ Baked Beans, Grilled Corn on the Cob, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Rolls, and Desserts.

    We make all our own spice rubs, fish batters- Barbecues and tartar sauces for a fresh farm to table taste you won’t find anywhere else folks.

    Locally Sourced

    All of our indgredients are fresh and locally sourced from Middle Tn. We are excited to add farm fresh Hams that are raised local here in middle Tennessee. They are carefully selected and then slow smoked with aged hickory wood and lot's of love and care by us and then make a delicious appearance on your dinner table for your enjoyment. Our vendor has been a reputed business since 1965!
